The Coach you wish you had
You know who you want to be. Coach can get you there.
Your plan, and nobody else’s
Build muscle, get stronger, lose fat, or just get fitter. Coach starts there, then builds four weeks around your days, your equipment, how long you’ve got, and anything that’s sore.
Four weeks. Week one starts Monday.
Coach doesn’t stop at the plan
Open a session and Coach tells you what it’s for. Log a set and a line comes back before your rest is up — what to do on the next one. Finish, and Coach will tell you how it went and how next session will adapt.
Real progress, tracked.
What you see follows your goal — strength, weekly volume, your bodyweight trend, or sessions done against sessions planned. Every personal best as it lands. At the end of four weeks, Coach shows you what moved and by how much, talks you through how it went, and uses all of it to build your next four weeks.
Down 1.6 kg over four weeks on the 7-day average.
Life happens. Coach keeps up.
Miss a session and Coach offers to move it to your next free day. Flag a sore shoulder and it swaps the work that would load it, then checks back a few days later. Going away? Say so, and the whole cycle shifts.
I’ll swap today’s press for a lower-body focus. If it’s not better by Thursday, let me know.
Done — today is Lower A now, and I’ve moved the shoulder work to Thursday.▍
What it costs
Free for 2 weeks on the annual plan — then $10 a month, billed annually at $119.99.
Or $19.99 month to month.
Harder to price: the hours you’d spend working out what to do, the weeks you’d lose to a plan that was never built for you, and the sessions you’d spend wondering whether any of it was working.
Questions
Is Coach for me?
If you want to build muscle, lose fat, or just get fitter, and you’d rather be told what to do than work it out — yes. Coach asks how much training you’ve done and starts you where you actually are, then moves as fast as you earn it.
Do I need access to a gym?
No. Coach asks what you’ve got — a full gym, some dumbbells and a step at home, a couple of resistance bands, or nothing but your own bodyweight — and only ever gives you movements you can actually do with it.
How does Coach know how much I should be doing?
From what you’ve already done — weight, reps, time, distance. On a movement that’s new to you it starts you light on purpose — an easy first set is a much better trade than a heavy one — then finds your real number within a session or two. Every change comes with the reason on screen.
How is Coach different to other apps?
Some fitness apps hand you a workout — the same one as everyone else. Others are purely for logging: you still have to think up the workouts yourself, which costs you time. Coach takes the mental strain out of training and delivers sessions tailored to your goals, your equipment and your schedule. Coach is with you every step of the way — adapting when your life changes, and telling you what to do next mid-session, the way a good trainer would.
What happens after the first four weeks?
Coach shows you what moved — how much work you put in, the sessions you did, every personal best — and asks how it went. Then it builds the next four weeks around where you are now, not where you started.
